SHIFT RULES
-
Team members must arrive at least 5 minutes before shift start so that they can be ready to start work on time.

If a Team Member has been vomiting or had diarrhea within 24 hours of a shift's start time they must refrain from coming in and call the Venue & Events Manager to let them know.
-
Team Members must not arrive to work intoxicated and may not consume alcohol or any illegal substances at any time during their shift.
-
Team Members are allocated an unpaid break, appropriate to the length of the shift. This break must be taken, timing of the break(s) will be assigned by the Shift Manager. If the shift is too busy and breaks cannot be taken, the Shift Manager will notify Management so that payment for the untaken break can be arranged. Breaks must be taken whereever possible.
-
Uniform must be worn at all times. This consists of branded Sweatshirt or branded T-shirt, to be worn with dark trousers, jeans or skirt and dark shoes or trainers.
-
Phones must be left in your bag. Phones can be accessed when Team Members are on their break(s).

Food can only be consumed during breaks and only away from sight of customers.
